How is WTN ZabaNIX superior to other weight loss products?
WTN ZabaNIX is based on a completely new mechanism of action, based on the fact that carbohydrate cravings are triggered by a shift in the ratio of serotonin and dopamine neurotransmitter hormones. This usually happens when our serotonin levels drop and our body wants to increase them. Serotonin is produced from an amino acid called tryptophan, which is found in carbohydrates. That's why we want foods that are high in tryptophan. This is the main reason for carbohydrate cravings.
What can cause our serotonin levels to drop?
The question could be discussed at length, but the main reason is that in certain situations the body decides not to produce serotonin from the amino acid tryptophan, but to use it in other processes. The reason is that, biologically speaking, survival (e.g. in stressful situations) is more important to the body than, for example, getting a good night's sleep or feeling happy from serotonin. This process is called "tryptophan theft".
The main causes of tryptophan theft are:
- adrenal stress,
- blood sugar fluctuations, and
- inflammation.

You may have experienced how you crave sweets in stressful situations and feel like ripping open the fridge door. The biological reason for this is precisely the tryptophan theft process described above.

Just a curiosity, but I'm sure you've noticed that when you eat a lot of carbohydrates, you get sleepy and want to go to bed. Well that's because tryptophan produces serotonin and serotonin produces melatonin. Melatonin is our hormone responsible for sleep (or more precisely, it regulates the sleep-wake cycle).

In the female body, the concentration of progesterone and oestrogen is constantly changing during the menstrual cycle. During the first half of the cycle, the concentration of oestrogen is high, and then in the second half of the cycle, or before menstruation, the concentration of oestrogen decreases. Low estrogen concentrations naturally lead to low serotonin levels, which in turn lead to carbohydrate cravings. This is therefore the simplified relationship between estrogen and serotonin levels.
It is perhaps important to note that this mechanism may also be responsible for depression at the end of the menstrual cycle (too little serotonin results in depression).
An important addition: when we are under a lot of stress, an enzyme produces a lot of hydrogen peroxide in the body, which is harmful, so it is the job of our main antioxidant molecule, glutathione, to neutralise it. If your toxin load is too high, you may want to supplement glutathione and/or support your antioxidant system in other ways.
One of the ways you can tell if your antioxidant system is overloaded is that you are going grey. The reason for greying is that too much hydrogen peroxide has been produced in your body (which glutathione has not been able to neutralise).

The product is not an appetite suppressant, it can help reduce the desire for unnecessary excess calorie intake, which can be caused by fast-absorbing carbohydrates (e.g. sweets, baked goods, pasta). Especially in case of cravings in the late afternoon and evening hours, make sure that the meals during the day are full, that the time between meals is not too long, since the product is not a meal replacement, and when you are hungry, you will automatically look for high-calorie, fast-absorbing carbohydrates. Do not use with synthetic antidepressants (e.g. SSRI - selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor), severe mental illnesses such as schizophrenia or bipolar disorder. Also, if you are under the following drug treatments: Carbidopa, Tramadol. Triptans such as Naratriptan (Amerge), Rizatriptan (Maxalt), Sumatriptan (Imitrex), Zolmitriptan (Zomig). The consumption of dietary supplements does not replace a balanced, varied, mixed diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily amount! The product should be kept out of the reach of children, in a dry, cool and dark place. If you are allergic or hypersensitive to any product component, do not use the product! It is highly recommended to separate the intake of dietary supplements from the consumption of coffee. At least half an hour before or after drinking coffee, min.
