Natural forms of DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) and EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) extracted from extra virgin fish oil from the North Sea in Norway, physically separated in two capsules for maximum biological effectiveness.
Practical experience has shown that although EPA and DHA are effective together, therapeutic, more beneficial biological effects can be achieved by taking EPA and DHA separately at the same time.

Daily 1 (yellow) capsule in the morning and 1 (purple) capsule in the evening. Preferably during meals.

EPA and DHA can interfere with normal blood clotting. Do not use if you are taking blood thinners such as coumarin or heparin unless advised by your doctor. DHA can lower blood pressure.
