It also contains a lot of carrot, wheat germ and rosehip extracts.

DIRECTION (1 serving = 1 tablespoon (15 ml))

Recommended daily amount: 1 tablespoon = 15 ml before meals. Can be diluted with water or fruit juice. Shake before use.
