For prolonged intense physical exercise, mix a dose of 90 g in 500 ml of water. Recommended to be taken with water! For short sports activities of lower intensity or strength sports, mix 45 g in 300-500 ml of water. Maximum 4 doses (4 x 90 g) per day. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
