Source of vitamins D3 and K2 for healthy bones and immune system!

The basic ingredient of this product is vitamin D, one of the most important micronutrients for the healthy functioning of our body. Vitamin D is normally synthesised by the body from sunlight through the skin, but levels are naturally lower in the winter months.

For completeness, vitamin K2 has been added to the product. Vitamin K is involved in the maintenance of normal bone structure, so when supplemented with vitamin D, they make a good complementary combination.

DIRECTION (1 serving = 1 capsule / daily serving 2 capsules)

Take one serving (1 capsule) with your first meal and one with your last meal. Alternatively, take a full daily dose (2 capsules) with one of your meals and plenty of fluids.

STORAGE

Store in a closed container at a temperature between 5°C and 30°C, away from direct heat, sunlight and moisture. Do not store for more than 6 months after opening.
