DIRECTION (1 serving = 3,6 g (¾ scoop))
Mix 3,6 g (¾ scoop) with 200 ml of water or juice and drink immediately. Use approx. 30-60 minutes before training. Athletes using Creatine Monohydrate should consume at least 2000 ml of water daily to maximize hydration.
