Non GMOThis product is the 90-portion version of the GAL Baby Carrier®, with the three "refills".
Hydrophilic (yellow), Lipophilic (brown) and Vitamin C (white) capsules - an economical and environmentally friendly "refill".
After use, please squeeze most of the air out of the sachet and then carefully retighten the seal.
DIRECTION (1 serving = 90+180+90 capsules)
We recommend taking it from the moment you start thinking about having a baby, ideally at least 3 months before conception, until the end of breastfeeding, and even longer.
During pregnancy and breastfeeding, it is recommended to eat saltwater fish/seafood 2-3 times a week. If you do not do this, we also recommend taking GAL Omega-3 Eco. If your diet is not magnesium-rich (not rich in game meats, cephalopods, molluscs, green leafy vegetables, quinoa, pumpkin with a good dose every day), also consume good quality magnesium: we have two types in our range. Or we simply suggest you switch to GAL+ Baby Food®, which also contains these.
You can take all four capsules at the same time with any main meal during the day, but it's better to take them in the morning or during the day than in the evening. If you want to maximise the absorption and/or have a sensitive stomach, take the white capsules on an empty stomach or 2-3 hours after a meal, 1 of the yellow capsules with your first main meal and 1 with your second main meal, and the soft gelatine oil capsules with any main meal, but best taken at the fat-richest, non-evening meal.
