This product does NOT work at all. I started thinking this is a fake and contacted the official Now Foods customer support. They checked my product and responded it was NOT fake and original. So, do NOT waste your money. Swanson is much better according to my experience and it definitely makes a difference. Now Foods 5-HTP is a useless dummy
