DIRECTION (1 serving = 1 capsule)

1 capsule a day, preferably with meals and plenty of water. If swallowing is difficult, the contents of the capsule can be mixed into cold food or drink and consumed immediately. It can also be used during antibiotic treatment, but it is best used 2 hours before or 2 hours after taking the antibiotic. Long-term use is recommended.Use from 12 years of age.
Duration: minimum 60 days, maximum 120 days in case of highly stressful lifestyles.

STORAGE

Store in a cool, dry place at a maximum of 25°C, below 60% relative humidity, away from radiant heat, light, moisture and children! Does not require refrigeration, but storage in a refrigerator will significantly increase the viability of bacteria.
