DIRECTION (1 serving = 1 scoop (5 g))

Consume one serving (5 g) of L-glutamine powder mixed in 200 ml of water 15 minutes before starting your workout. Alternatively, you can mix it into your pre-workout drink or post-workout protein shake, or consume it during your workout. The scoop included in the pack is for measuring purposes only, always use a digital gram scale for accurate dosing!
