DIRECTION (1 serving = 1 scoop (30 g))
Mix one serving (30 g) of Whey Pro with 250 ml of cold water or non-fat milk. On workout days, consume within 30 minutes after exercise. The scoop included in the packet is for measuring purposes only, always use a digital gram scale for accurate dosing.
STORAGE
Store in a sealed container at a temperature between 5°C and 30°C away from direct heat, sunlight and moisture. Do not store for more than 6 months after opening.
