Due to its complex structure, amylopectin is slowly absorbed by the body but once absorbed, it is easily assimilated by muscle tissue and converted into glycogen.* Glycogen is a stored carbohydrate that serves as a sustained pool of glucose that the body readily uses for energy production during exercise.* Waxy maize also supports glycogen resynthesis well after you are finished working out, sustaining energy levels throughout the day.*

DIRECTION (1 serving = 1 Level Scoop (approx. 40 g))

Mix 1 level scoop into 16 oz. of water or juice. Consume before, during and after intense exercise for best results. Double this amount if engaging in prolonged exertion of 2 hours or more.
